Our Guarantee to the Consumer

All Maremmano products are made of first choice materials, employing the best in traditional Italian craftsmanship. Since we design and build our products to provide you with many years of satisfaction, they are guaranteed for a period of twenty-four months from the time of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Please keep the receipt of purchase in a safe place so that if you should require filing a claim with us, you can provide it to your dealer. Your dealer will work directly with us, in order that we satisfy your claim and quickly repair or replace the item.

In the unlikely event that a problem arises within twenty-four months from the purchase date as a result of a defect in our materials or manufacture, we will promptly repair the item or replace it if we feel it cannot be repaired at our own expense, including shipping.

It is important to note that our guarantee is not an unconditional guarantee. It does not cover product damages that may result from extreme situations, like overweight, falls, airline mishandling or any abuse of the product.

It should be expected that component parts-such as leather, moving parts, locks, or handles, will show wear with use over time, and eventually may need to be refurbished or replaced. This type of normal wear and tear is naturally not covered by our guarantee, but we will always be glad to provide you with prompt high quality repair service at a nominal fee.
