Online Ordering, our flagship coat, and other thoughts...

Home

Well, we are continuing to spread quality throughout this lovely land of ours and wanted to take a moment to highlight our list of dealers. If there is one near you, drop in and inquire about the Hand Made Maremmano products and see for yourself what we've been talking about.

Not only can you walk into a store, but if you don't see a location near you, please visit our online dealers http://www.oldshellsupplyhouse.com/ and http://www.classicusc.com/ as well. They are sure to offer you a high-level of service.

Old Shell Supply House is a new retailer, but will be stocking a large line of the Hand Made Maremmano line and is due to launch in early August (wish our friend and web designer extraordinaire Bill Rodgers luck). Right now, both Old Shell Supply House and Classic Upland Supply Company are taking pre-orders for the Tuscan Hills coat. If you've gotten your July/August issue of Shooting Sportsman you can find a nice write up on our flagship coat. It is truly a masterpiece in classic field wear.

More to come...

2008 SHOT Show

Wow, what an experience! This was our first year exhibiting at the show and it was terrific. It was truly a joy meeting so many new folks and seeing familiar faces as well. As is our custom, we had some new things to show this year along with our old favorites.

While we pride ourselves on a few things (our waxed cotton, our leather, and "made in Italy"), we added 2 new coats with breathable membranes that are just as at home in the field or on the town. In addition, we introduced a new moleskin jacket complete with a lined game bag (that's me wearing one in the pic). I was in Naples, Florida and, while it wasn't a Montana cold, it hit in the low 50's, with 25mph winds coming off the Gulf. I am glad I had it with me. :-)

Check back here soon for some pics from the show!

New Ad in Shooting Sportsman

With Thanksgiving behind us and Christmas on its way, we are heading into another exciting year.

This year we have some new items, plus two new ways to reach out to our dealers and their customers.

First of all, we will be exhibiting at the 2008 SHOT Show in Las Vegas where we hope to see some old friends and to make some new ones. Come see us at the Fleming & Clark booth and get a taste of the fine Handmade Maremmano products and order early for the season. With Handmade Maremmano, you are offering your customers fine, traditional design, and Italian-made quality.

Secondly, we are helping out our dealers by advertising in Shooting Sportsman. The ad has just hit the stands in the Jan/Feb issue and already we are hearing from new enthusiasts interested in what we have to offer. If you haven't seen the ad, pick up a copy of the Jan/Feb issue of Shooting Sportsman.

We'll see you in Vegas!

The Season is Wrapping Up

Well, the shows are wrapping up and the season will soon be at an end. Now it's time to focus our attention on our customers and producing this year's line of products.

We'll start by putting our Italian friends to work on what they do best, handmade apparel and accesories. Then its a matter of getting it from them to you.

It is always interesting to see what the final product mix is going to be each year. What did you like best?

To those of you who made the decision to pick Handmade Maremmano this year, welcome aboard. We will work hard to earn your loyalty and to please your customers.

Fall in Italy

As this year's season gets underway, I was thinking back to November in Italy. It was a good time for sure and we look forward to some good hunting there next year.

Here I am standing in the medieval town of Viterbo. They don't make buildings like that anymore, do they?

The Traveling Season

If you are like me, this time of year seems to be the time when travel occurs. The next trip is to Ft. Worth, Texas where we'll be exhibiting at the NBS show. Come by and see us February 1-6 at the Fort Worth Convention Center in Booth 815.

I am sure it'll be fun. One of my good friends is from Fort Worth and he clued me in to some good places to go. So, for a look at some great quality products or a tip about a good place to eat, stop by and see us.
